Just a Little Lace

Hello loves! I know I've been slacking for awhile, but I told y'all I get lazy. Here's my outfit from last night. I went out to dinner at Fridays with some coworkers and then afterwards went to a night club. (btw, I'm getting too old for those) I just wanted to see what the hype was and I haven't been out since I moved to FL. It was very..different. Anywho, here's what i wore. Enjoy!

I haven't been a big fan of the lace trend, but this shirt was too cute. I should have opted for a strapless bra, but I have to buy a new one. And with being a little top heavy, it's hard finding a decent one that isn't too expensive.  But at least it isn't too noticeable.

Excuse my hairy arms lol. My husband got me this bracelet for Christmas last year. I absolutely adore Betsey Johnson's jewelry.
I chose the crossbody because I figured if I was going to the club that I would need something light and keep close. I was going to go with my new multi clutch, but I didn't want to hold it all night. All my little essentials fit in here!

Color Puddle

OMG I can't believe it's been a week since i posted. I'm slacking already! OK, but it really wasn't my fault. It only seems to rain after I get off work. :( So, here I am.  Here's todays outfit. I was so upset that I wore this and on my way to work it started raining. ALOT! The weather was perfectly fine when i left the house. My shoes are suede and luckily the rain didn't ruin them. Thankfully, the rain let up while I was at work. But of course, when I stepped out to start taking pics, it started to rain again.  Here ya go. Enjoy!

I've been wanting a white blazer for the longest! The cheapest I can find them are on Forever 21 and when I went to buy one, they were all sold out. So I guess they finally restocked. I definitely want a few other colors such as yellow and pink. 

I finally got my Steve Madden's in the mail yesterday. And they got here in 2 days! (only cause they shipped from TX) I actually saw these in a post of one of my followers and fell in love. They were on sale for $45! I only go to Steve Madden site every once in awhile so the last time I saw them they were still brand new. After I bought these, I vowed to myself that I wouldn't ever pay full price for a pair of brand new shoes. I'll just wait until they go on sale. So I guess I'll be checking all my shoe sites at least once a week. Lol.

Hello lovelies. Wow! I can't believe I've been keeping this blog up to date. It usually takes alot for me to get up and take pics, especially when I'm lazy. But thanks to my husband for helping me out and being my photographer. Wouldn't be doing this without him! 

Today, we went out looking for different places to shoot. Since we're located at the largest base in the US, we thought it'd be easier to find some spots. NOT! Most of the base is surrounded by trees and woods, not too much nature. But I did drive by one particular spot that has a back road that stays deserted, so we picked that for today.  Here goes!

I bought these lovely shoes from Zara. I had seen so many ladies with these but only wearing the black/orange basics. So, I wanted to be different. And because I don't own a pair of blue or green heels. Then after I ordered them, I found this necklace in Target on sale. BINGO!

I'm really not one of those people who wear a billion things of arm candy. It bothers me, so I always go light. Here, I have on the mint bracelet and gold and white bracelets. Also, my watch, diamond ring, and my everyday rings (wedding bands, class ring, and Hanson ring).

A Little Bit of Mustard Please

Hello lovelies. It's been a couple days since my last post, so today i just had to get out and take some flicks. And it's been so nice the past few days (minus the T-storms). I wish it was a little cooler though, even though it's great having sun.

I was surprised with how these shorts fit. It's hard finding shorts that don't go up to the booty cheeks. These shorts are quite comfy. Not too tight, not too loose. And i love the color.

 I'm not really a wedge girl, but these are super comfy. Got these babys from ZooShoo for only $26. Only thing is that they are maybe a 1/2 size too big, but I still love them.

Miss Independence

Happy 4th everyone! I know I am kind of late getting this post up, but guess who had to work a 10 hr shift today?! You got it! So I'm exhausted. I also had to take pics inside cause it just had to rain today. :( They didn't come out as great as I wanted to, but it's better than nothing. Since I couldn't really enjoy the holiday with my boys, we at least had a potluck at work. Nom! Nom! I was also the only person that dressed up festive! I told them I had to. I'm an Airmen's wife. Anyway, I just snapped a few pics when I got home and as I'm posting I can still hear fireworks going on. We can see them from base so we didn't have to go anywhere! Hope you all enjoy!

This was my first time wearing this shirt. Obviously, it's dark blue and it's really sheer in the back.  

Panty lines. Ew! Lol. I can say this will be my absolute last time wearing this skirt. I think I lost a little weight recently so it wasn't fitting snug like it used to. But it's the only red bottoms that I have. And I really wanted to wear it today. 

I have so many lipsticks that I do not use. Funny thing is, I always pick the red. It takes me a few buys to figure out what lipstick I like. My lips get chapped alot and most lipsticks dry them out.  But this specific kind I love. I actually have 2 different shades of red and a pink. Which by the way, I need to buy more.

I really loved this outfit (besides the skirt being too big). I don't really dress festive for holidays, but now I might have to. I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday!

New Girl

Yay! My first blog post and I'm so excited! Lately I've been browsing through alot of fashion blogger sites and I have become completely inspired. Up until recently, I was never into fashion much. Being a housewife, I had gotten so bored so all i did was shop. Since me and my family moved to FL, there aren't too many girlie stores around. Just a Forever 21 (that sucks to the extreme). So I turned to online shopping and let's say I've become addicted. I hope to update as much as possible and start networking with new folks. Comments and feedback are welcome. Enjoy!

I picked up this clutch a couple weeks ago from the Base Exchange. It was on clearance for $6! I'm not really a clutch girl, but i couldn't resist.  It's got alot of room (not enough for me on most days)  and i love the leopard print. Maybe I'll consider getting more!

I bought these shoes from Bakers about a week or so ago. They were originally $80 and got them when they went on sale for $60. (Sadly they're on sale AGAIN for $50.)  They have a clutch to match and they also come in black!
