I absolutely LOVE this Phillip Lim for Target skirt. Almost all skirts I try on go up to my booty, but this one is perfect! I bought it on sale for $15! I didn't buy anything from the collection until the sale hit. This skirt is currently on sale at Target for $7 (if still available)! I paired it with this basic tee and my white Sahara's from ShoeDazzle.
