Sassy in Chiffon

Seems like alot of fellow bloggers are getting ready for fall. I would too, except it's still hot as hell here!  Hence why I haven't even started fall shopping yet. But I'm cool with it. I'm originally from VA so we get the four seasons there, but boy do I love the sunshine year round. On with the post..

I had originally wanted to name this post Blue Skies, but I changed my mind.  This has been the first day in over 2 weeks that it hasn't rained. So I didn't mind the little breeze that we did have. I'm trying to get in as many posts as possible because we might have a little of Hurricane Isaac headed towards our way. 

It was 5 o'clock so we had to stop and do the civilian salute while the bugle song played. 

I wanted to also share with you all that I've been on a juice fast for a whole week now. I'm so proud of myself and I didn't think I could actually do it. I've lost 7 lbs already and I have a pair of shorts that more than loose! Such a good feeling. I kind of cheated today and went out to lunch with my husband today, but I paid for it afterwards. :( I'll definitely be going back to it tomorrow! :)
