Word Up!

So I was originally supposed to post this yesterday for Eboni's Style Me Friday, buuuut I got a little busy. This weeks SMF is The Maxi Skirt. I wore this outfit awhile back at work but didn't get around to taking pictures. The skirt is so comfy and I like that I can wear it backwards so the slit is on the other side! The shirt is actually a crop top but I decided to tuck it in. It also has the sides similar to muscle tees and i HATE that. If you can tell, I tucked them into my bra. Lol. And for some reason this shirt reminds me of Da Brat. You figure it out.

I decided to participate in Eboni's Style Me Friday this week, which features a button up. This is my fav in my closet mainly because of the color. It's so pretty. I paired it with my hot pink leggings for a little color blocking. I went with my hologram sandals to through something neutral in there. Such a comfy and colorful outfit. :)

Btw, clearly I wasn't feeling these pictures. But oh well, every fashionista has her days, right?!

Plain Jane with a Pop

I was never a fan of wearing crop tops. I haven't had the belly for them since before I had Brayden and even then I didn't wear them. There's still a little pudge lingering around but that wont' stop me. It seems that the only way I'd wear them would be with high-waisted jeans. These are my first pair and I LOVE them. So when I saw Eboni post that crop tops would be the inspiration for this weeks Style Me Friday, I hopped on it.

I bought this top in blue as well and I love the way it covers just enough tummy. I've hid these jeans forever at work hoping nobody would find them. They didn't so I knew it was a sign! They're perfect! And the shoes! I picked these (along with 2 other pairs) when I won ShoeDazzle's VIP contest on Instagram! They're comfy and I love the color!

The White-Tee

I own a few white tees but this may be one of my favs. It's been cool and breezy that past few days so I wanted to dress comfy. I love these leggings from Forever 21 and I always get compliments on them. And the sandals are comfy as well too. I love them and they go with just about anything.

Style Me Friday: LBD with a Pop of Neon!

Well, it's actually my LBPD! Little Black Peplum Dress! I do believe this is my first post wearing anything peplum and neon! I've worn each before but never got to take pics and blog them. So here you go. A 2 in 1 post. 

I'm also participating in Eboni's Style Me Friday for the third week in a row! Yay me! I'm keeping up with this. lol. I bought this little number at JCPenney a few weeks ago for only $24. I was originally going to buy a plain black dress, but they were sold out so I got this instead. I used Mauve It Up lipstick from Maybelline. It's my fav shade! I wanted to use red at first, but didn't want to take the attention away from my shoes. After all, this post is about neon!

Style Me Friday: Monochromatic!

I have decided to participate again in this weeks Style Me Friday link up hosted by Eboni. This outfit was last minute and I really tried to leave out blue denim..but I don't have much colored denim for what I had in mind. Blue is blue. Anyway, this is what I came up with. I barely wear these sandals that I got last year from Zara. They aren't very sturdy but they're so cute! And they're the only blue heels I own so I took them out the closet and dusted them off. Unfortunately, it rained like crazy and dropped at least 30 degrees so I had to take pics in my house. We don't have much space so I had to shoot in my laundry room. Not too bad!

Style Me Friday Link Up

This week, I am participating in Eboni's Style Me Friday Link Up featuring the pencil skirt. I've been planning what to wear all week and just a couple days ago, I picked out this cute top from work. It also comes in black but I chose white because it's more Spring-y. Leopard goes great with red so I paired it with this belted pencil skirt. I actually bought a bunch of pencil skirts recently for $6. How can you go wrong with that?!

And let me say how cute I am with red lipstick! Probably my favorite color to wear. By the way, I did NOT wear these heels. I wouldn't last 30 mins wearing these at work. Instead, I wore the black bow flats that I wore in my last post. But these looked cuter and they're sitting in my closet collecting dust.
