Valentine's Day Lookbook Vol.2 Pt. 1

Hey y'all! So last week I put up a post with some V-Day outfit ideas that I was crushin' on along with some cute goodies that are great to use around the house.

This week I'll be blogging my V-Day outfits that came straight from my closet! I didn't buy anything new, I swear it! Ok, except maybe these cute heels that were 30% off from ShoeDazzle. But who could resist that?!

Pink Pixie Pants

Hi beauties! It's a brand new week and this is my first post for July. Woohoo! 

I've had my eye on these cute polka dot pants from Old Navy for a hot minute, but I wasn't willing to pay $35 for these babies. No way! So when I was in there a couple weeks ago, browsing a sale, I noticed these on clearance for $23. Good enough. Pink is my fav color so it was a no brainer. I also just bought this top for $9 at F21! It can pretty much go with anything, so I'm sure you'll see it plenty more. I paired this outfit with mu nude heels so there wouldn't be alot going on.

The Last of the Pink Twirly Skirt

It's the first day of March! Where is the time going?! I feel like we just rang in the new year. I've been slacking the past week or so with the posts, but work is picking up for Spring Break plus I signed up for the gym so time is getting the best of me. Forgive me!

This is my last post featuring this skirt, so I decided to do a Day/Night look with it. I absolutely love these lucite heels my MIL got me for Christmas. I can't wait to wear them more when the weather gets nice.  Hope you all have a great rest of the weekend!

A Little Pep In My Step

Ok so it's been awhile..again. Of course the excuse is always work. By the time I get off work and pick up my son, it's already time for dinner! So I never have time to take pics. Well, this weekend I have off so I'm taking the time to rewear these outfits and take photos. I love you guys this much! 

Anyways, I've had this shirt for awhile (go figure) and just now wearing it. I fell in love with it being pink (my fav color) and peplum. And I had to show off my "clutch", which is actually a makeup bag! It was only $5! I've been eyeing these heels for a minute and finally ordered them for only $12! Great huh!?

Plain Jane with a Pop

I was never a fan of wearing crop tops. I haven't had the belly for them since before I had Brayden and even then I didn't wear them. There's still a little pudge lingering around but that wont' stop me. It seems that the only way I'd wear them would be with high-waisted jeans. These are my first pair and I LOVE them. So when I saw Eboni post that crop tops would be the inspiration for this weeks Style Me Friday, I hopped on it.

I bought this top in blue as well and I love the way it covers just enough tummy. I've hid these jeans forever at work hoping nobody would find them. They didn't so I knew it was a sign! They're perfect! And the shoes! I picked these (along with 2 other pairs) when I won ShoeDazzle's VIP contest on Instagram! They're comfy and I love the color!

All That Neon

I have been eyeing this bag for a minute! I first saw it on base along with an all pink bag I thought was cute. That was back when they were new so they were still around the original price of $60. No thank you! Then I saw it in Ross for around $30, but I was so broke. Don't you hate that? I love bright colors so it was a no brainer that I was going to get this bag. 

So how did I get it, you ask? My wonderful husband of course! I went to take my son to school Monday (our anniversary) and my back was sitting on the front seat..along with my new watch inside of it! I cried. No really, I cried. Brayden was looking at me like I was crazy.

Plus, I have some neon that I wanted to pair it with! Which brings me to these heels. Right when I'm getting used to wearing them, the stupid loop that you put the strap in, it broke! So now the strap will be sticking out IF it stays in that buckle (that we all know doesn't do its job). So now I have to figure out some way to hold that sucker down.
