The Gray Tunic

I am absolutely loving this gray tunic. It goes with everythinggggggg. I like how the sleeves are fitted but the rest of the top is flowy. My kind of top. Anyway, I paired it with my new Old Navy denim. They're soft and stretchy and totally worth the money. I then added my mint stone necklace and the rest of my accessories are neutrals. Aren't these heels from ShoeDazzle the cutest?

Alyssa In the Spring

It's a brand new week and let me tell you I'm exhausted! I had an overnight shift last night and I'm just now going to bed. But of course I had to put this post up cause I know I'll be sleep just about all day.

So..this title has a meaning behind it. At work, my asst mgr/home skillet Alyssa is famous for wearing her skater dresses with leggings underneath paired with boots. It's pretty much a comfy outfit I must say. I stepped out of my comfort zone a little 'cause I would normally wear this bare-legged and with some open-toe sandals. I guess you could say this is my winter look.  This dress has been keeping my closet comfortable for about a year. This is my first time wearing it! Perfect for the nice weather we've started having.

Enough rambling. I'm gonna go knockout. Toodles!!

Pink & Polka Dots

On Wednesdays we wear pink. Ok, so I actually wore this yesterday but whatevs. You get the picture. Troy got the day off yesterday so we took a drive to the beach. Ah, it was lovely. It's great to get there before all the tourists do (or when they leave). It's not crowded so you basically have the beach to yourself. It wasn't too hot to go swimming, but warm enough to chill in the sand for a few. (Btw, I hate sand.) 

This is the second time I've worn these polka dot pants and I LOVE them. They're so comfy AND high-waisted, so of course I had to wear it with a crop top. I love how these photos came out. My new camera is so awesome!

Zombie

Y'all know I'm a Walking Dead fan. Not a month goes by to where I can't have a marathon. So with that, I can't wait until Sunday. I really hope there's more zombie killing and less chit-chatting. You know who I could care less about? Herschel and Maggie's little sister. Why are they still there?! Oh and the baby needs to go, BUT it should make the show even more interesting. I'm also surprised Carol lasted this long as well. Other than that, I just want to see my baby Daryl. 

On to the outfit. I had no clue we had this shirt at work until I was looking for an item for a customer. You should have seen the look on my face. I couldn't afford it at the time, so I was hoping it'd still be there payday. It was! And with the weather getting a little chillier in the am's and pm's, I decided to break it in. :)

Mint on Mothers Day

I hope all my mother readers had a great Mothers Day! I wish I could have spent it with my mom but she's in VA :( My day was ok. Would have been alot better if I didn't have to work. Phooey! 

Here's the outfit I wore yesterday. I got so many compliments from customers on my dress. I bought it awhile back at F21 and it was the last one left and my size! Don't you just love that?! I love mint and this is my fav item I own (ok my only item..for now) in the color. I paired it with my white cardigan cause it can get pretty chilly at work and my thong flats that you'll be seeing alot of this summer.
