Boho Vibes

I'm so glad it's the freakin' weekend. 3 more days until my husband comes home! Can you tell I'm excited!?
When I first saw this dress, I thought nothing of it. Mustard didn't look right on me. But I tried it on anyway and LOVED it. It's perfect for Spring/Summer; very lightweight. I added the denim jacket and other accessories for a more boho chic look. This dress wrinkles alot (even though I steamed it for 10 mins straight) so it gets very annoying. I'm 5'3" and it runs a little long..just to give you an idea.

Welcome to the 70's

Yay! It's hump day! 2 more days of the week then some beach time with friends. Can you believe I practically live on the beach and haven't been this year yet? Well, let me tell you a secret. I'm not a beach person. I hate sand. It gets everywhere and I can't stand it. I usually leave the beach trips up to my husband and son. But we're moving soon so I'm gonna try to get all the water time in while I can.

This was just something cute I threw on a couple weeks back. These platforms are to die for! I can't stand in heels/wedges for too long but these are amazing. I may need one of those pads to put on the balls of my feet because they start to rub after awhile. Other than that, I'm in love! I've been getting my monies worth with them because they go pretty much with every outfit. (If you follow my IG, you'll see.) I also figured I'd throw some bright colors into my wardrobe with it being Spring and all. My closet definitely needs more yellow. I was told it goes great with my complexion. *bang flip*

The Gray Tunic

I am absolutely loving this gray tunic. It goes with everythinggggggg. I like how the sleeves are fitted but the rest of the top is flowy. My kind of top. Anyway, I paired it with my new Old Navy denim. They're soft and stretchy and totally worth the money. I then added my mint stone necklace and the rest of my accessories are neutrals. Aren't these heels from ShoeDazzle the cutest?

Striped

Hey y'all! I'm back again. Trying not to go so long between posts but it's hard with LIFE! I'm constantly trying to find ways to stay busy while my husband is gone. If you all have any suggestions, please let me know!

Can you guess who took these pics? My 8 year old! He's still learning how to hold the camera so they may seem a little tilted lol. But they came out so crisp and clear. I'm so proud of him. :) I bought this striped bodycon last year and absolutely love it! It's long sleeved and hugs all the right curves. I paired it with my fav denim jacket from Ross and my go-to boots from ShoeDazzle. It's starting to get a little chilly down here in the panhandle so I added these tights into the outfit and BAM! Day is made. And isn't this cute little clutch hotness!? It's the perfect size. I love it!

Mint on Mothers Day

I hope all my mother readers had a great Mothers Day! I wish I could have spent it with my mom but she's in VA :( My day was ok. Would have been alot better if I didn't have to work. Phooey!

Here's the outfit I wore yesterday. I got so many compliments from customers on my dress. I bought it awhile back at F21 and it was the last one left and my size! Don't you just love that?! I love mint and this is my fav item I own (ok my only item..for now) in the color. I paired it with my white cardigan cause it can get pretty chilly at work and my thong flats that you'll be seeing alot of this summer.
